This Filter is a great product, I save a lot of money by not having to buy the throw away paper filters.
I could not give high marks because even after 1st use and rinsing very well, coffee still stains it. That's coffee for you.
Bought this filter at the same time I bought my Hamilton Beach coffee maker. This one and the built in filter on my coffee maker work well. It fits well, works well, and saves me the hassle of buying filters all the time. My old coffee maker had a metal filter and it would leave grounds in my cup all the time. NO grounds. I don't know if it would work as well in other units or if the big difference is the filter in my Hamilton Beach coffee maker, but if your going to get a Brew Station, GET this filter.
I ordered this permanent filter hoping it fitted better that the one I purchased for my older model brewstation. So glad I did. Now I know whyit's best to buy a product made for your particular brand.A little moreexpensive but well worth it.
Not sure why this doesn't work for others with a brew station. Maybe grounds spill over for some due to too much coffee being used. We have the 12c Brew Station Plus Model 47686 and bought this filter and it fits great and works awesome. For a 12 cup pot I use 7-8 scoops of coffee grounds. 5 star rating from me. Worth the money in the long run.
